cards made using my son’s handprint

Actually it is not a handprint. Since my son is just 3 months old and I don't have any ink for making handprint at home. I just put his little hands on a sheet of vellum and then traced the shape of his hands using a pencil. And then I cut out the shape of his hands and made these two cards.

The first one, I used the Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth Round water colour 24 to water-coloured the background, by using the cut vellum as mask and then stamp the sentiment using the Chit Chat stamp sets with die cut by Lawn Fawn.

It is a birthday card for my younger brother.

The second one, I used the Thank you Grid stamp from Hero Arts, and technique learnt from Jennifer McGuire Ink, which is my favourite blog owned by Jennifer McGuire, who make beautiful beautiful cards. The technique is called “pop up stamping”

Thank you card

Here is my first sharing. Hope you enjoy it!
